Graduated from Bob Jones University with honors in Biology/Chemistry

A valedictorian graduate of Logan University with a B.S. in human biology
and doctorate in chiropractic medicine

Dr. Starns is also a staff member at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana and the Neurorehabilitation
Center of Carmel.
Community:
Dr. Starns is a member of the Brownsburg Kiwanis
Club. He is also involved with local youth basketball, soccer, and flag football programs. After complaining to the Jaycees
about the lack of cotton candy at the Independence Day festival, he now runs the cotton candy booth at the annual
celebration.
